You Are Invited!!

Although I don't have a huge blog following..I do appreciate all of you that stop by and I know some of you are very faithful and have a larger audience...so I trust that those of you in the latter category and live in close proximity to my area..will pass this along.

On Saturday, May 19th 2007 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m..My LYS( Yarn Theory) will be hosting a Spring Fiber Fling. Jan, the proprietor and her staff(I will be assisting) as will my Sock Sister Linda..

This is an effort to show appreciation to all the loyal yarn enthusiasts in the area and any Fiber Fiend from a distance that would like to come share in the 'knitterly experience.' There will be door prizes, great discounts on selected items throughout the day, and food!! There actually may be a few surprises...

There will be Spinning, Knitting and just 'plain old bonding'...which seems to come easy for most knitters.

Please make the effort to be there and see what makes Our Little Yarn Shop so special..

This shop has been the meeting place for many locals that may have a ongoing knitting project, a problem with an existing project..or just someone in need of a good warm conversation. There have been some most special friendships that have been formed right under this roof..Friendships that would not have been possible without this great meeting place.

Come see us on Saturday ..See what is so special about our 'Little Yarn Shop On Bridge Street.'

The address is 118 S. Bridge Street, located in downtown Bedford..there's ample parking..either on the street or at The Farmers Market, which is located right behind the shop.

I'd love to see you there..

Be safe and Happy Knitting~~
The photo today ..I just had to share one from vacation..

How neat! Linda mentioned something, but I didn't realize it was a "gala." Sounds like a lot of fun.

Great vacation photo! You and Mike (MOTH) look so bronzed and wonderful.

I read about you on Marianne's blog (we share the same name)Sounds like such fun. I wish I lived closer :O( well. . .I did live in Newport News for two years.

Loved reading what your kitty had to say about you all leaving. What a pretty specimen, and astute too.
